If I wrote a song, it would have the most beautiful melody
If I wrote a poem, it would be a magnificent rhapsody
U inspire me
If I would express in dance, my movements would be fluent & serene
If I would convey in art, the brush stroke would be strong & pristine
U inspire me
If I could turn inspiration u give into a vision, it would be a elegant sunset
If I could turn inspiration u give into a touch, it would be a kiss on a lover’s neck
U inspire me
If I was able to express the sorrow you bring, it would be a Greek tragedy
If I was able to express the joy you bring, it would the most intense ecstasy
U inspire me
If I had one wish, the inspiration you impart will be shared and never cease
If I had another wish, the inspiration we share will bring us some peace
because U inspire me

meaning of wealth
love at first sight
tall light skin painted toes
your personality pulling me in
even though i had a girlfriend
looked passed your outer form
but it’s still a part of sin
years pass
directions split
and at times i still wonder who your with
little boy dreams but now i’m all grown up
and a father before anything else
over the years your family has taught me the meaning of wealth
not the cars i drive or the money i make
it’s those shared moments
do you remeber our first date
hard times i watch and hear how much you have out grown who you use to be
you are truly your father’s and mother’s child
bold and honest
a beautiful woman with a conscience
people now reach out to you for more than you ever thought
not just for money they want to know
what you thought
because your personality is no longer just bringing young men in
it’s brings the world
because you know the meaning of friend
with trust and respect

I love the juxtaposition of images here, but I really have to question the use of “u” in place of “you.” I have to assume it’s done with poetic intent, and not just laziness on the part of the writer, but if so, I can’t see how to adds to the poem.
